We live in a perplexing and challenging time. And we live in the time that we were made for (Psalm 139:16). Our Father in Heaven, the Almighty God, has equipped and prepared us to serve His kingdom (Ephesians 2:10, 4:12). In that, we should have great confidence (2 Timothy 1:7) and contentment (Philippians 4:11). Let us face each day and each circumstance with the courage and strength that comes from knowing that our Lord and King knows us (Psalm 139:1) and is sovereign over all things and all people (Isaiah 55:10-11, Colossians 1:15-20).

"Be vigilant. Stand firm in the faith. Be bold and brave and strong. Do all that you do out of love." (1 Corinthians 16:13-14, my paraphrase)
